Make one change at a time, set yourself up for success. This week take a look at your life and make that one change that will move you forward so that at the end of the week you can smile and say I DID IT!

As far as the picture crisis, I don't think there are many of us who like to see pictures of us, way too much of a reality check but you will glad you did when you can see the progress.

Hello! Glad you blogged. To make changes you must change what you are doing. Make today the day you drink more water, take a walk and add veggies and fruits to your diet. TRY very hard to pass on soda and junk. They don't fuel your body just load it down. Good luck to you! KEEP blogging and Sparking! It keeps you accountable and connected with those of us that are also changing for the better. Have an awesome Sparkday! I'm subscribing to your blog and hoping you keep us up to date. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Relax, choose ONE or maybe two things you can change NOW. You don't have to choose a die t or make any MAJOR changes immediately. There is a commercial for water that points out how many cals you can SAVE by switching ONE soda for a bottle of water each day - I change them to pounds - 14 lbs a year. That is not even giving up soda, just giving up ONE a day. What other little changes can you think of that might make a difference? Could you commit to walk ing for 5 or 10 minutes a day or even 2 or 3 days a week? Could you track your food - NO, I don't mean try to fit into the ran ges, I mean track what you REALLY eat without changes for a day or two or a week or two, BEFORE you make any changes? Could you commit to eating in the mornings? What CAN you do that will not be har d, but that will be a START? If you want try something that is not too drastic, what worked for me was the "Is it better than it would have been" plan. How that works is that I asked myself that question before and after eating or fit ness - one doughnut is better than two, but two is better than the three or four I used to have, 5 minutes wal king is better than zero, an 8 oz meat is better than a 12 oz one. Small changes make a difference and as you learn more, you will be able to figure out what works best for you. Don't los e hope. You can do it.
