I can never seem to cook it right. In fact, the only place I ahve ever ate it - and liked it - was at Pei Wei. It is so good there.
But alas, I cannot do a thing with it.....till now.
I found a recipe to make a sauce with to pour over shredded potatoes. We had this for supper last night and OMG was it good. The tofu sauce gave the potatoes a "cheesy" texture.
