Since I have my choir rehearsal tomorrow night, tonight will be devoted to Last Chance Workout.
Yesterday, I slacked a little and when I was ready to do my workout, my BF wanted to watch Inception, and then I needed to leave for the evening mass, so I did not do day 15 of BeFit in 90.
Here's my plan for tonight:
15 minutes elliptical
BeFit in 90 Day 15 (35 minutes)
BeFit in 90 Day 16 (35 minutes)
By then, I will probably be starving but the good news is I have leftover from what I cooked in the slowcooker saturday, so I'll pop that in the microwave.
Then, I'll catch up with one of my favorite show (Unité 9 if some people from Qc are reading) while doing again some elliptical. Episode is 45 minutes.
Between each workout I will do a load of laundry (still probably 4 to go!). So combining saturday. sunday and today, I did around 15 loads of laundry, and fold them all! Big accomplishment! I wish one day I could have a machine combo dryer/folder! I would pay good money to the inventor of that wonder. I can't believe it's not yet on the market :P
So I'm hoping to get in a little over 2 hours of cardio tonight! Considering the fact that I come home at 5 and plan to go to bed at 10, I cannot use the excuse of time! i can devote 2 hours at of 5 to my health, because I'm worth it!
