Well, I broke my streak yesterday of earning 50 sparkpoints per day. I did actually track everything I ate though, just never made it onto the computer to do other things. Eh, that's okay. It is really cold here today with windchills below zero. I seriously need to get moving onto other things but wanted to post a goal list for the day.

Goals for today:

emoticon At least 5 servings of freggies emoticon

emoticon Do at least one section of yoga dvd

emoticon Write up 1 report

emoticon Log at least 2000 steps emoticon
