Well, I broke my streak yesterday of earning 50 sparkpoints per day. I did actually track everything I ate though, just never made it onto the computer to do other things. Eh, that's okay. It is really cold here today with windchills below zero. I seriously need to get moving onto other things but wanted to post a goal list for the day.
Goals for today:
80 oz of water
At least 5 servings of freggies
Do at least one section of yoga dvd
Write up 1 report
Log at least 2000 steps
Have a healthy day!
