Week 1/14-1/20

Had a pretty awesome week! I met all the goals I had set out for this week even though there were a few days I would have liked to slack! Here are the stats for this past week:

Mileage- 6.64
Minutes- 180
Days Exercised- 6/7
In Calorie Range- 7/7

I am getting closer to my goal every week and blogging on here seems to make me more accountable in completing the goals I set out for myself. I think I will still leave a cheat meal weekly but will only use it if we are going out to dinner somewhere for something special. My C25K workouts seem to be progressing very well! They are still challenging me but are doable! Here are my goals for the upcoming week!!

1. Treadmill 3x- C25K week 3
2. DVD 3x
3. Elliptical (15 mins) 2x
4. WATER, WATER, WATER...I know I put this on over and over but water is important!
5. Work on stretching longer after workouts than I do now.
6. In calorie range 7/7 days.(one cheat meal ONLY if special dinner!!)

Since Dec. 19th I have gone from 163 to 155.8 ( on 1/19)! So about 7lbs in the last month! Finally seeing a difference on scale which makes me want to work harder!

    No races in mind right now!! But maybe sometime later this year. I currently live in a new area and do not work so I don't really know many people. Hopefully starting a job soon and will be able to meet some people to do things with!!! I really would like my first 5k to be an experience to share with someone :)
