Hey everyone!

It has been FOREVER since I've posted a new blog, but I'm starting a Beachbody Challenge this week, so I figured that any additional support and release of (what I'm sure will be frustrations) :) thoughts will be useful!

Took my starting measurements (no weight because I don't own a scale... thinking I might change that) and now I have a base to go off of.

I'm not necessarily UN-happy with my body right now, but I know that I can make it better. I've definitely slacked a LOT since going on Christmas break and then into this year. Being sick this past week hasn't helped either because I REALLY haven't felt like working out.

I'm also a little frustrated by the fact that I did a challenge from October-December and my measurements from then until now did not change. Granted, they didn't increase, so that's good; and I can see more defined muscles in my arms/shoulders, but I don't see the results that I was hoping for.

Kind of a wake-up call.

I am SO ready to make this challenge work for me and to look and feel my absolute BEST. I live in Florida for crying out loud... I ALWAYS have to be beach-ready :)
