Week 2 TF completed

Monday, January 21, 2013

WEll, I completed another week of TF. It was not my best week, but I am really proud of my efforts.

WE went up north this weekend and spent time with good friends of ours, and my eating was not what I wanted it to be, and I was not able to get in my TF workouts, but I did get in a 3 1/2 mile walk wearing boots in the snow. My thighs were really sore! LOL!

We bought a treadmill on Monday. I had decided that I was not going to renew my gym membership, and instead bought a treadmill that we can all use. I love it!!!

Monday: HIIT20
Tuesday: Fire45, 10 min treadmill
Wednesday: HIIT15 , 30 min treamill & 20 min weights
Thursday: Rest day
Friday: 30 min treadmill
Saturday: 3.5 mile walk
Sunday: Rest day

My goal was to complete 4 TF workouts, I only completed 3, but I did workout 5 days, completing 8 workouts this week!

I will work harder this week.. and already completed one make up workout from last week in addition to today's workout!

I'm going to try harder this week after getting on the scale and seeing it go back up. I need to get a handle on this and do good all week long, rather than doing good during the week, and then messing up on the weekends and undoing my progress.

Workout today ... check emoticon
Eat clean... doing good so far....

Here's to week 3! I'm going to make it my best week so far!!

That's great about getting a treadmill. I know the whole family will get use of it.
