PAY IT FORWARD...

Pay It Forward is a 2000 American drama film based on the novel of the same name by Catherine Ryan Hyde. It was directed by Mimi Leder and written by Leslie Dixon. It stars Haley Joel Osment as a boy who launches a good-will movement, Helen Hunt as his single mother, and Kevin Spacey as his social-studies teacher.

This was one of the BEST movies created....EVER!! What a wonderful story! What a wonderful idea! What a wonderful child! Today I take this story with me wherever I go. I intend to "pay it forward" to all I meet in my day. How about you? Will you join me? Please look at those you meet in your day today and think of that little boy in that movie...what an inspiration! Let's learn from this and be like him....let's PAY IT FORWARD today!

That is a good reminder and a good plan! I have been thinking a lot about the movement created after Sandyhook, where people are doing 26 acts of kindness. I would like to do both - I think they go hand in hand. What a wonderful thing to focus on each day - "what act of kindness or helpfulness will I discover and do today?" Love it!
thanks for the great reminder of what we should be doing with our energies...

I haven't seen the movie but the concept is a great one. I try to do it as often as I can. I will have to rent the movie some evening.
