I remember sitting down on my computer the summer before my freshman year. I believe I was about 140 pounds. I remember signing up, planning the 2lbs week, letting spark calculate my days until my goal weight. I remember thinking then that those several months seemed too long, I wanted to be thinner sooner.
Here I am, 4 years later, heavier than I was then, thinking "if only I had actually been patient, and stuck with the timeline."
It's funny how time can go so slow or so fast.
