I have finally realized that I need to change back to what worked before.
I have been losing & regaining the same 3-5 pounds since October. Something's not working.
I achieved and maintained Ideal Weight on a very simple, consistent food and exercise plan. I'm going back to that plan, starting today.
This makes so much more sense.
"If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always gotten." I got ideal weight from it--I'll get ideal weight back.
