Well good news, I have not gained anything, bad news wii fit says I way the same I did a week ago. I guess this is better than gaining, but man I just can't seem to break 240. I want to be below that so bad! I have been logging on my wii fit daily, and today so far I have put into the trackers everything I brought with me for lunches and snacks. It's a good start for a Monday.
So here are the goals I am working on this week:
30 minutes of exercise at least 5 days this week
64oz minimum of water every day
3 servings of fruit/veggies daily
Track everything I eat for 7 days.
I will keep updated on my progress weekly and we will see where I am at next Monday.
