Today marks the start of the 3rd week for me that I've been recommitted to being healthier. So far, I've had a good two weeks behind me and I'm looking forward to building on that momentum.
The weekend was a good one, even though I didn't do any exercise. I did stay within my range on the tracker and have tried to make better choices throughout the day. I went to bed feeling very (overly) tired and woke up the same way. Not sure if I'm fighting a cold or if it's related to my cycle which started yesterday. Kicking my booty whatever it is and I'm having a hard time getting moving today. I wanted to go to the gym tonight and give the cycle class another try but I don't know if this is a good week (or day...) for that so I may just go to Zumba again. I wish the wind would let up so I could go out for a walk or maybe try a run again. I don't mind a breeze but it's been a week of steady (20-30 mph with gusts 35-45mph) and it kills my allergies. (Can you hear me whining? Boo.)
On my list this week:
* Finally put all (every piece) of the Christmas decor away. It's been half way put away for over a week. Blame the wind.
* Zumba - at least twice
* Walk 2.5-3 miles at least twice (try to add a run to it?)
* Food - stay on track
* Water - stay on track
Time to get the week started, need another cup of coffee today, and then off to plan my meals for the day. I wish I could be organized (dedicated?) enough to plan for the week but it's a win for me to get the day done.
