Daily Goals to make my weekly goal!

Ok so I have been thinking and thanks to the people that left some goal ideas and how to accomplish them without giving up! I didn't realize that eating 4 serving of veggies could be a goal! lol I know that seems weird but I never thought about that! lol..

I think I am going to set a goal for each day leading it to be the final goal at the end of the week! I want to be able to run my 5K so why not make that a goal! Also I want to get drink more water because Im really good at drinking water only for the day but not good about drinking enough! Its hard to drink enough water when your not thirsty but i have to do it so I can keep up with my training! Also I want to lose 2 pounds this week. so here is the break down on my daily goals to my overall weekly goal!

Monday: Do not eat the leftover pizza in the fridge for lunch. Do W1D1 of my C25K program tonight even though its going to be really cold out! Do not give into the soda that is in the fridge. Eat a healthy lunch and cook supper instead of going out. Drink 6-8 glasses of water today

Tuessday: lifts weights for at least 15 mins to get in some ST on my day off cardio. Drink 6 glasses of water.

Wednesday: Do W1D2 of C25K even though is going to be like 10 degrees outside! lol drink 6-8 glasses of water

Thursday: do t least 15 mins ST drink 6-8 glasses of water. Eat supper before i go to school for the evening and a healthy one at that!

Friday: W1D3 of C25K 6-8 glasses of water and no junk food for supper!

Saturday: Do not snack all day. anniversary meal in the evening and dancing afterwards! order water for the meal! and do not eat more than 2 rolls and dont order french fries! lol

Sunday: weigh in. lose at least 2 pounds (hopefully I can because I think all the working out might make me retain water so I hope I set it low enough! who knows.) Do a blog that says what I accomplished!

Week Goal: lose at least 2 pounds. Track my water intake and make sure I do what I say! Be able to go to W2 of C25K!!!!!!



Hopefully I can hold myself to do this. It is not hard to follow these simple goals I set for myself! I really need to do this so I can stay on track! If I can't follow these simple goals then how am I ever going to stick with something if I dont care about these little things? I am determind to follow this and not give up! GO ME!

    There are so many little bitty things you do that can be goals - both the DOING of some and the NOT doing of others. Good luck on your journey.
