OK Once again I am going to do this!
I weighed in and have gained back 14 pounds. Time to get serious!!!

    I've gained weight, too, over January. We've got some great tools and strategies at our disposal. Come on, let's do this health and fitness thing! emoticon emoticon

    We're here with you and you are not alone.

    It helps me to find some kind of motivation--a small reward after a certain number of points or amount of exercise, using my favorite lotion after exercise, etc. Find what works for you. If your family is motivation for you to be healthy, maybe post extra pictures of them in places where you need help--on the fridge, on the TV, etc.

    I'm not always very motivated, but every little bit of healthy change counts!
