-log all food on tracker and stay within calorie range
Yesterday wasn't a complete failure. But today is going to be much, much better!
I got my water in yesterday and tracked all food on my tracker. I had a great cardio session plus tough core work. I didn't strength train yesterday though and I went quite a bit over in my calories, which instantly affected the scale. I'm not bummed though, because I'm not just doing this for the gratification of seeing the scale go down. I'm doing this to look and feel better. All I can do is shoot for more this week and try even harder. I'm motivated and excited to have a healthy and active week....also a productive week!
Stay tuned, I found some "great" "before" pictures over the weekend and I asked my husband to snap a few "after" photos and I'm gonna share! It's good to literally see the progress i made last year. You can see a change in my energy level strictly from looking at the pictures! yay!
