I just want the scale to move!!! I am doing EVERYTHING right.....eating right, watching carbs, exercising (apparently not enough!!!) and that damn scale refuses to move!!!! Time to switch something up!! I have got to break through this stall for my own well as my husband's since he has to listen to me rant and rave about it all the time!! I'm normally a very positive and upbeat person but this Monday morning I just feel beat and defeated :(

    Thank you ladies! I guess I just needed that kick in rear to get my head straight again, lol. I am curious Wild....what is a green drink? Switching up the exercise routine....going to start running again and I am cutting the carbs even further. I CAN DO THIS!!!

    You have come so far - congrats on your amazing transformation. I understand wanting the scale to move when you are working so hard. You hit the nail on the head with trying something different - your body may have become accustomed to your routine. Maybe adding in green drinks, reducing carbs, or simply changing your exercise routine a bit. I know you will find the key and in the meantime, give yourself props for all you've accomplished!!!

    I'm new to sp. I just came across your blog. I was just looking at your picture at the top of the page. I think you need to look at how far you've come. The scales may not be moving this week, but you should be proud of how far you have come. You'll figure it out and the weight will start coming off again. Until then don't let it discourage you, just let it make you more determined. I know you can do it and I think you do too! Like you said time to switch something up.

    Everyone has them and you are right. the key is to change things. Try calorie or carb cycling. Try different exercises. It will happen.
