What is going on?

Nothing plain and simple. I am not really sure what has happened except the fact that I have lost my mojo I guess. No energy except to sit my butt on couch. Well the scale confirmed my lack of motivation this morning. It seems that I have gained 10 pounds since early December. Well if this body is going to Punta Cana in March that simply is unacceptable. So what do I do?
Thats easy get my butt back in gear. Our lives are crazy right now with the kids wacky schedule. However I have to be the one in charge and get us back on track.

So how? Well for one I am planning our meals for the week as we speak. This time I will make sure I get them all cooked. Going to grocery store to restock all the basics also. I did set a few goals for cooking for the month.(thanks in part to healthy cooking challenge). 1. Get meal planning done and stick to it. 2. Try one new recipe a week. 3. Get my kids involved in planning.

Finish what I started with the January jump start. I have one more week left and I want to finish on a good note. These ten need to melt off of me and I know how to do it. The couch ain't getting it done.

So once again I am faced with a challenge I just have to finish what I started a year ago before it get completely out of hand.
