Ya, I lost five pounds. I got a tape measure this weekend so I'm starting to measure my inches too. I know I'll need that for when I don't lose as much weight at a time. Last week my main goal was to stop drinking soda and sweet tea. And I did very good. No pop or tea all week. I also wanted to exercise 15-20 minutes a day. And was able to do that. This week I'm going to work on doing 20-25 minutes a day of exercise. Also I'm really trying to work on eating more protein. According to my nutrition tracker this is something I struggle with. I'm thinking I want to start setting some personal goals too that don't necessarily have something to do with my weight. I'm going to have to think about this one some more.
