Okay, so I fell of the wagon a few months ago and stopped logging my food, going to the gym, etc. I felt awful. A friend and I made a new years pact to lose weight and exercise, so we joined Planet Fitness. We started on January 1st and since then I have cut soda out except for a treat (maybe once a week when I go to the movies), which is huge for me since I drank a ton of it every day. My friend Tyne and I hit the gym 5 days a week and so far I feel great. I have a lot more energy and I've already lost 6 pounds!! I started logging my food and fitness again too. It makes all the difference!
