I am trying to focus on the amount of calories, trying to keep them under the 1800. I will go to the gym and do the stationary bike until I meet with the coach and he can suggest a routine for me. I was planning on starting to walk ( 15 minutes) today but it is -30
and it will be for the whole week. I will go to the pool instead.
Thank you so much for all the comments. It feels good to know that I belong to a wonderful community of people going trough the same challenge.
I only have to show up and I will get the love.
