Focus on the calories

I am trying to focus on the amount of calories, trying to keep them under the 1800. I will go to the gym and do the stationary bike until I meet with the coach and he can suggest a routine for me. I was planning on starting to walk ( 15 minutes) today but it is -30 emoticon and it will be for the whole week. I will go to the pool instead. emoticon

Thank you so much for all the comments. It feels good to know that I belong to a wonderful community of people going trough the same challenge.
I only have to show up and I will get the love.

    I can't even imagine walking outside right now!! I hope my car starts today so I can get to my massage this afternoon.
    We should meet up at the pool some time. I have my Gatineau card now and haven't been since last year because of Xmas and then I was sick with the flu, but finally better and ready to swim again.
    Maybe I would even go to the gym and meet you there. I went last week and was so utterly bored to death with walking on that freaking treadmill I couldn't stand it! I think I did 15 minutes of cardio had a shower and left. But if I had YOU to talk to then it would be way more fun!
    Do you go to Gym Max or the small one on Ave de Buckingham?

    I hear ya sister!

    It is -27 degrees Celsius with the windchill here in Ottawa Canada. I was going out for a run but waay too cold. Going to go to swim in the pool instead and strength train after.
