I wrote out a to- do list for this last weekend. 15 things I wanted to accomplish. So did I get it done here is ther rund down.
1.Laundry (around 14-16 loads total family of 4) DONE!!
2.Up and down stairs 12 times ( usually only do this the bare min. of 3 to 4 times) All but 30 steps
3. Clean my desk off ( this is my hurricane zone always looks like a diaster has struck) DONE!!
4. Eat two healthy breakfasts DONE!!
5. Do 40 squats DONE!! plus 10 more
6. Run errands on Saturday DONE!!
7. Make a pasta salad for dinner DONE!!
8. Clean my bathroom DONE!!
9. Login to Spark DONE!!
10. Blog today and tomorrow DONE!!
11. Shred some paperwork ( have a mountain of this and always seems to need it) DONE!!
12. Do my crazy routine of exercise at least 15 min. DONE!!
13. Look for an inspirational quote DONE!! wrote a poem instead
14. Go thru my refridge see what needs to be removed DONE!!
15. Take a long hot bath and enjoy a good book DONE!!
So I would say pretty acommplished. I think I may have to try and do this for each weekend and see how it goes.
Its Monday all so make it a good start, or restart whatever you need it to be today
