Recap of yesterday's goals
30 mins of cardio - 43 emoticon
8 cups water - 8 emoticon
stay in range - emoticon
Try for under 1500mg sodium - 2278 ugh. I have however found the culprits with all the high sodium so now I need to go restock the pantry.

Today's goals:
45 mins of cardio
8 cups water
stay in range
replace the high sodium food...
