I have started yet another BLC challenge and this week we are working on setting our goals.
Most of my goals are still a work-in-progress, so may the same as other rounds.
1. Track food
2. Drink at least 64 ounces of water daily.
3. Cardio - Try for a minimum of 300 minutes each week
4. Healthy snacks (add more fruit)
5. Work together with hubby on planning meals
6. Participate in team challenges
I would like to lose 5 pounds. It doesn't sound like much for 12 weeks, but I lose slowly and would be very pleased if I could accomplish this. I want to feel better and be more comfortable in my clothes!
