Will I Make It This Time?

I have started yet another BLC challenge and this week we are working on setting our goals.
Most of my goals are still a work-in-progress, so may the same as other rounds.

1. Track food
2. Drink at least 64 ounces of water daily.
3. Cardio - Try for a minimum of 300 minutes each week
4. Healthy snacks (add more fruit)
5. Work together with hubby on planning meals
6. Participate in team challenges

I would like to lose 5 pounds. It doesn't sound like much for 12 weeks, but I lose slowly and would be very pleased if I could accomplish this. I want to feel better and be more comfortable in my clothes!

    Those are great attainable goals. I also like that you set your weight loss at a number that you can reach. You don't overdo it, and set yourself up for success that way. Very inspiring. Thank you!

    You will only make it if you constantly tell yourself you will make it, then believe it and then you will do the steps to achieve it. All the best for this round of BLC.
