January 21st, 2013, Monday, 71 days until reaching the 1st goal post!! 4th Week!
Yowza!! I have worked my buttocks off this week and stuck to my low carbin like a champ, this has been a great loss week for me! I guess one of my motivational quotes: "Columbus could go around the world in a sail boat and you can't get to the gym for 30 minutes." Happy Columbus Day!! FYI: Columbus Day is always celebrated on the second Monday in October... Just going keep on keeping on until I get to were I need to be.
I just wanted to note seeing my brother- in - law pass gave me the incentive to get moving... Listening to my sister speak for years before he was sick on how he sat in front of his computer all day, day after day and if not in front of the computer staring at the TV.
Well same thing as me, as I listened to her I felt as if she was talking about me to me, I dedicate my motivation to get moving to my brother-in-law, he was a kind, sweet person who has sparked my butt to get moving here and now! The power of determination...
I miss you Steve I'll be seeing ya..

Another Fantabulous day only 15 degrees below zero outside! So plan of action is stay inside get the treadmill ready to roll for some power walking!! Stay tuned..

Another grand day, I have to admit I am proud of myself, been pushing my body, running and hiking to new realms of sweat (aka: liquid awesome) sticking to the low carb. I have been staying strong rolling along just keep on keeping on until I get to where I need to be just for me!! =O)
January 24th, 2013, Thursday, 68 days until reaching the 1st goal post!! 4th Week!
I just realized working double shifts just puts a wrench in the entire machine, gives the brain drain makes it easier to not want to count up the days worth of food, kind of want to graze though the day but I have notice that can add the carbs and calories up quickly so I must admit being accountable writing it down and putting on my spark page had made me VERY ACCOUNTABLE shhheeshh!!!
If I were not doing this I would off already took a huge spike off the deep end or went on a binge - my binge has been an entire pack of tic tacks at 70 cal. and 0 carbs!!! Beats the heck out of 6+ donuts and some good ol'e fashion drive thru fat food.... Big calories big carbs and big $$$.. So here I is just rolling along keep on keeping on until I get to where I need to be!! Yeah for me!! =O)

January 26th, 2013, Saturday, 66 days until reaching the 1st goal post!! 4th Week!
I have been on a clean streak.... Big fun on a Saturday!! Got some exercising to do and when I am all through gonna sit back look around and breath a sigh of "dang it is a great day and I got a lot done"
Just going to keep on keeping on until I get to where I need to be, but I have to say some days it is like walking through quick sand..... =O)
January 27th , 2013, Sunday, 65 days until reaching the 1st goal post!! 4th Week!
Woe, 4th week has come and almost gone, here I am made it this far got 2 months left to my 1st goal post. The 3 month mark as long as I am NOT giving in and going to keep pushing until I make it to where I need to be by the End of March.
I will be marching into April stronger, thinner and chasing the next goal post at the end of June.. seems not so far away!! Hmmm Life sure is Good I'm thankful I have had a chance to participate in it this long! =O)
