What a physical day! I got up and zombie ran three miles and then bowled for two hours. I have to stat trackin caloris again.but in truth I.know what and when.I.should.eat those r choices. The workouts r mental. And mental was where I tend to get lost...
And both were happy, fun lost track.of time.cardio. Events and not to.mention the curls with that bowling ball.!...lol
