Well my new work schedule is kicking my butt!! Here is what it looks like- I work on Monday 7-3, have Tuesday off, Work Wednesday thru Friday 7-3, have the weekend off, work Monday 7-3, have Tuesday off, Work Wednesday thru Monday 7-3 (6 days in a row) then have Tuesday off. I also do daycare from 3 PM to 6PM Monday thru Friday. I am just finishing up my 6 day stretch for the first time and I have to say that it is kicking my butt and I am one tired old woman emoticon Regardless to say my eating has gone to pot but I have gotten in at least 10 minutes of exercise the last couple of days!! emoticon

Hope all of my "sparkies" are doing well!!!! Good night all!!

It's great that you are so busy and building a new life for yourself. Before you know it, it will all be so routine you'll have forgotten what life was like before and, at least the days go quickly too.

Try to plan your meals/shopping in advance and perhaps cook some meals that you can put in the freezer for when you get home and don't necessarily feel like standing in the kitchen making supper.

Sleep tight.

Sounds like you have every right to be tired! That is a crazy schedule.

Are you sleeping/resting well? I know when my schedule used to get messed up, my sleep pattern would too.

If this schedule is going to be a part of your life for a while, it would be nice if you could find a way to plan your meals ahead.

A couple days ago, a friend sent me an idea for making a salad in a jar . . . where you put the salad dressing on the bottom, then layer whatever else you want, and putting the lettuce on the very top. It's easy to grab and you've got a yummy, healthy "to go" meal.

I hope you can find a way to take care of yourself. You're worth it.
