Third Week of Maintenance

The scale hasn't budged.
And it's a good thing.
I reset my fitness goals for this week and as expected, my calorie range went up a bit.
I'm hoping to get my workouts in as I've planned for in my head.
I have a main plan, as well as a Plan B.
I've been sneezing all day, my nose has been runny, and the throat itch is back, too.
I'm not freaking out over it.
I think my immune system needs to balance itself out after being on meds for 3 weeks!

I did get gym time in today!
It felt great to be back.
A couple of people actually noticed I wasn't showing up!
It felt good to know people noticed.
It means I'm a regular emoticon
I did a 20 minute jog emoticon
And the 60 minute Body Pump class emoticon
I was shaking during the whole class, it was a bit embarrassing, but expected.
3 weeks of inactivity is a long time!

Tomorrow is a scheduled rest day.
I know, I know, I just restarted, but I run errands on Mondays.
Maybe I'll do them in heels/wedges emoticon

    Just go slow and if you want to help your immune system get stronger I have a few things I do that's helps me
    I take 2 vitamin D's every morning added with a multivitamin and I take a natural probiotic with every meal 3 times a day
    The good bacteria is important to replace and helps keep your intestines healthier
    Our GI tract is where we need to pay more attention
    I hope you kick this cold to the curb feel better
