With two weeks left of January, how are you tracking to your goals? Slow start or moving mountains? The great thing about time, it just keeps a coming! So, take advantage of it!
Our Falling For Fitness challenge this week is to detox for one day or more. I was intrigued by some of the articles on detoxing. My mind immediately goes to some weird liquid diet. ? These are both examples I am working into my plan this week.
I've done really well eliminating sugar and artificial sweetener from my diet. I have a new appreciation for hot teas that aren't masked by sweetness. I'm also still doing a plank a day, though I've missed a few days. The 2 minute plank still eludes me, but I will do it again!
