-strawberry low fat yogurt with blueberries
-one piece of low sodium chicken cold cut
-heres where I went a little off track-made tacos because a friend came over and I meant to just make myself like a taco salad and not have a lot of sour cream or cheese and definitely not have it on the tortillas well I literally forgot and just ate all that-i was pretty disappointed in myself.
-then I had the rest of my odwalla superfood smoothie from yesterday
-a vitamuffin brownie
-kashi honey toasted 7 grain crunchy granola bar
so far no exercise today-i can't believe how sore I am from yesterday it's actually pretty embarrassing.
