Good news, bad news.

Good news is... i lost another 4lbs! i'm now at the -40lbs mark!! yayyy.. that means i'm just 10lbs and approximately 3 weeks away from my next set of progress pictures.. and approximately 4 weeks away from being HALFWAY DONE! i'm stoked. lol.
now... the bad news. well, hubby has fallen completely off the wagon. he's eating like he normally does.. and i'm not giving up on healthy lunches. he's a grown man and can eat what he wants to.. but if he wants me to pack his lunch, his butt will eat healthy for at least that one meal a day. he has a choice. eat it or starve. lol.
more bad news.. i had a bad, bad bad BAD weekend for eating. i've consumed almost 5500 calories in TWO days.. unbelievable. i'm going to try to average it out by eating towards my absolutely lowest allowable calories for the rest of the week.. maybe then i'll still see some good weight loss for next week! i definitely went overboard on the food. i do feel guilty.. but all is not lost. i'm still seeing a decline in my weight. even during the christmas fiasco i still lost 2lbs in 10 days.. which is better than a lot of people do on any day, let alone the foodgasm that is christmas. one step at a time, one day at a time, and one pound at a time!

    Just keep pushing and don't worry about the hubby. And we all have done that and we just learn from it and keep going.

    I can't tell you how inspiring it is to see you just accept a slip up and move on like that. I know so many people that allow something like that to throw them off the wagon completely. You go girl!
