Well the market management is trying to raise the rent which they can do, but they trying to be underhanded in the way they ae oing about it. We are on a 30 day rental contract and the need to give us a 30 day notice of the increase. They have given a two week notice stating that a previous newsletter stated the amount new renter were paying, They are trying to say this was a notice to use of the rental I crease. It stated the amount new renters are paying. It did not mention current renters were being increased to T hey are trying to say this was the 30 day notice.........sorry....they seem to think we are all dumb and ignorant because we are at the market. They think we are uneducated and need this to make a living I do no know one dealer there that can live off the income since this management took over. Yhey are trying to tell us if we are not there on a weekend they need a key to have someone open for us........excuse me,,,,I paid for my merchandise and no one else is going to come in an handle it for me......if merchandise disappears on me, it is my responsibility, but no stranger is walking in and handling my sales and merchadise.

Sorry about the soapbox but I am sure that any major retail operation would give their key to a stranger to open and conduct business for them wheb they planned to be closed,,,,,,umm
