My stomach was a bit queasy this evening, and I didn't feel like going grocery shopping, so I stopped at Walgreen's. They were out of bread, but had whole wheat flat bread, so I decided to try it. Heated it up in the microwave with ham and cheese and rolled it up like a burrito. It tasted pretty good. I also got some diet A&W root beer; one of the few sodas that tastes almost like the original. I'm becoming a pro at this low carb thing!

    No flatbread at the market yesterday so I got a raincheck. Flatbread makes a nice pizza crust, too. Not nearly the calories and you can veg it up if you want. Makes a healthy dinner or snack.

When I have a quesy stomach I go for ginger ale, the real thing, or ginger tea. Does rootbeer work? Never tried that.
