Sunday, January 20, 2013

so i went off low carb friday...
i had anticipated going back on today.
didnt anticipate going to maryland for his suit for the wedding and being gone all day!

this morning, i did get in 45 minutes walking, so thats something.

tomorrow, i am back on 100%. not because i need to lose weight, although i do, but am stuck kinda until after the wedding since my dress wont fit.. but because i feel absolutely positively terrible.

i dont know if i am getting sick or if it is the food ive eaten that is making me feel slug-like, but i have slept most of the weekend. and by slept, i mean... wow. yesterday i slept for like 3/4 hours on the couch and then fell right asleep last nite.
today i fell asleep in the car and then came home and slept for awhile too.

friday, i weighed in 151.0.
i for sure will not be that weight anytime soon again.

im going low carb for 2 weeks. no exceptions. i hate hate hate the way i feel off low carb.

Honest: if you're eating carbs, and your body prefers the low carb way of eating, your body may respond by being sluggish.

I'm a lot behind in your blogs, but 151! WOW!! Really?! Woo-Hoo!! (even if it's short-lived). :-D

Wow, sorry you've felt so bad lately. Great job going out for a walk. I hiked at Bull Run for 7 miles yesterday and really enjoyed myself. I know you feel better on the lo carbs so glad you are going back to it.

Your big day is getting closer. Another sparkie did a juice fast and lost a great deal of weight. Not saying this is the way to go. You are working hard and I still believe you will achieve your goal.
