This week my goals are...
Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day
~Bring waterbottle to work
~Drink one glass before dinner and breakfast
Workout 10-20 minutes every day
~Try to wake up half an hour earlier to get a workout in before shower.
~If that doesn't work... then schedule time for the early evening... at least ten minutes is better than nothing at all.
Keep Track of everything I consume
~Write down in a notepad what you eat if not near a computer
~Try to figure out what you are going to eat before hand and then change it as the day goes by...
