breakfast was same

pb ezekial bread with 1/2 banana and coffee with tbs sugar and 1/3 cup milk

lunch was apple, 1 oz cheese, 6 oz greek yogurt with 1 cup blueberries and strawberries.

dinner was 2 cups penne pasta with homemade spag sauce-no sugar or oil, and grass fed ground beef. probably a cup and a half. 3 half slices of whole wheat bread (store bought, no good) with butter and lots of salad with homemade greek dressing. less that 1 tbs i think.

after run- smoothie of my usual proportions divided in half.

side note: i just noticed my barleans omega-3 oil has natural flavor in it and that almost always means MSG. Plus theres a bunch of other chemical wordy ingredients. Thats annoying. I dont know why I never checked before but I heard about it from a healthy blog. Just goes to show you have to do your research. Won't be buying that again. boo. But my smoothies can still be awesome without it so I'm not that sad.

I like how making these blog posts keeps me accountable to list everything I'm eating and know that other people might be (or might not be) reading it. But its still driving me a little crazy not knowing exactly how many calories is in everything. I feel like I'm doing half the work but without knowing that, this half is pointless. So yet to be determined if I think this is effective. I'm gonna keep going with it for awhile though.

You should try tracking your food on the food tracker. It really works well!

We're following you :) What about entering the information into Sparkpeople's nutrition tracker? It looks like you already measure. And if you have a lot of standard meals, you can create groups for easy entry. You can also make the tracker public. What I like most is it allows you to tinker because you can see your trends. Facts and data will set you free!
