Not a bad weekend. I've had a GREAT weekend when it comes to tracking food. (Well, I'm discounting the Oreos last night, but I was still in my calorie range for the day so I don't feel as guilty). But I went to the grocery store yesterday morning and have restocked for another week of healthy eating. Followed the plan (for the most part) yesterday and today.
Used my Fitbit Zip today. :) I LOVE the fact that there aren't any buttons I can push that will reset it - that was a large issue for the other pedometers that I have used. And I might even hit that 10,000 mark. Now if I can just figure out how to get it to wirelessly sync the data - but I'm okay if I have to do it manually. I'll add it to when I do my Sparking.
Alright - time to start winding down. It's going to be a busy week. I have to get my performance evaluation written up (ahhh!). But I can do it!
