emoticon Today I had the day off ~ started pretty good ~ made breakfast for Geo & I then we went to different stores ~ I did not reach my 13,000 steps and it frustrates me yet I don't care ~ baked a cake for a friend at work then remembered Heather had my cake pan so asked if she could bring it over plus visit ~ another disappointing visit ~ everyone so into themselves and their stupid phones etc that no one said more than one word answers ~ found out that Adam decided to drink himself sick last night ~ made salmon with a nice miso sauce plus tried a new recipe for cucumber salad.
