Finished week #2 with success!!

I managed to hit my goals for the 2nd week in a row!! Woo!! Aimed for burning 2000 calories through excercise (burned 2600) and nutrition goal was to eat clean 80% of the week and I pulled out 90%!!

I did have pretty big motivation,,I knew we were heading out of town for a get away weekend. So I pushed it harder than normal with workouts and really watched what I ate. Knowing we'd be eating some pretty amazing food (I am a self professed foodie after all ha ha),,anyway,,the best part of the weekend was shopping and grabbing a pair of jeans in my regular size and trudging to the fitting room. But to my surprise they were too big!! So down one size!! I was shocked!! Thought the tag MUST be wrong??!! ha ha

Long story short,,for me, PROGESS,,no matter how small, is a great motivator.
So tommorrow I'm back at it,,more determined than ever. Maybe next time we head out of town, it'll be another size smaller :)
