Tomorrow is week 2 at the gym . i really got to try!( with the food) what is the point of joining the gym again if I'm going to continuing down the same path that i always go. so i 'm gonna give it my all and i will post my weight weekly . 30lbs is my goal , right now i am 177 wow!! keeps going up! NO MORE!!! I'm going to take it on lb at a time and it will go down
it starts now!
