It's My Time

Sunday, January 20, 2013

I went through a divorce in 2006, fought and won equal custody of my children. At 33 years of age, I quit a sales job and decided to attend college for the first time. I graduated Michigan State University with High honors and began Graduate school last fall. During this time I have had several knee surgeries and allowed the weight to pile on. I have spent several years being dad, student, and a thousand other roles. I will continue to in some of these roles, but I am now ultra focused on my health! I will do whatever it takes to reach and maintain my fitness goals. I have come to realize I cannot be a great father without the energy to be involved. I also want to find the right woman and remarry, but that won't happen until I am satisfied with myself. So I commit to work toward these goals and put health first!!!
