Half Way there!

Day 10 has come and almost gone. Today I woke up 4 ounces lighter than yesterday so the weight is still dropping. I had a good day today. I woke up and had my breakfast cereal with blueberries and chia seeds. I've never had chia seeds. They have absolutely no flavor but apparently help do a sweep of your intestines so they do the body good. After that I called my mom to see if she wanted to hit Trader Joes so she came over and after seeing all my results thus far she decided to go buy the book today and loaded up on the groceries to get started on The Plan as well. She has a lot of reading and note-taking to do now to get prepped for The Plan. Trader Joe's has great Unsalted Potato Chips that I use for snacks on The Plan. I loaded up on those today and their Two-buck chuck Cab-sav and Syrah. In fact I just finished my fantastic dinner tonight. I had sauteed chopped Kale (that's not the fantastic part)
, a Mixed Greens salad with apples and avocado and the fantastic part, some beef tenderloin! It tasted so good. That was my beef test tonight and I feel fantastic so I think I passed the beef test. I will know for certain tomorrow when I jump on the scale. After dinner I had my glass of wine and my dark chocolate. Needless to say I'm feeling pretty satisfied and happy tonight! Well, day 11 tomorrow is a rest day so no food testing. Should be a simple day tomorrow! I wish you all a happy night of sparking--I'm off to bed!! Cheers!
