2013: Day20 and on vacation

Sunday, January 20, 2013

Good evening friends! I am still in Maine and struggling. It ended up taking us 8.5hrs to get here yesterday! We got to bed in the wee hours of the morning, Aunt took us to a buffet for breakfast where I fell apart: scrambled eggs, bacon, a waffle quarter, juice and coffee. For lunch? No lunch, since we had a small party with chese and crackers, fruit and bitrhday cake. MyUncle and his wife came drom 2 hrs way for the celebration, so it was nice for my mom's visit with siblings, and I enjoyed it! I got no exercise today!! Tomorrow morning we will be leaving early, but NOT before I get a walk in! Today I am feeling fat: my arm brace left severe red marks and pain from wearing it to bed last night. I thought that I was starting to lose, but am questioning it now. What do I need to do tomorrow?

1st move my body emoticon

2nd eat the freggies I brought (at least 6) emoticon emoticon

Next: drink at least 8 waters emoticon

And then: emoticon Just eat less!

Lastly: emoticon weigh and measure!

likely some fluid weight gain- always happens to me when I travel- marks on your arm from your brace are a good clue- once you are home and in your routine things will come around real quick

It is much harder when you are away from home. Tomorrow is a new day. You can easily get back on track. Have a safe trip home.
