Sunday January 20, 2013 Not a great week for me exercise wise.

Didn't get a whole lot of walking done this week. I haven't been feeling like it, and the weather hasn't been cooperating. I need to work on it better. I have gotten alot of my other goals done though. Did well on the writing, and the reading, and housework. Haven't done well on the under 2000 mark though, or within my calorie range. Went over the 2000 calorie mark 5 days this week. Have to get better at that this week.

My goals for this week are:

90 minutes of writing
90 minutes of reading
90 minutes of housework
60 minutes of strength training
180 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range or under the 2000 mark 6 of the 7 days.

My goals for Monday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of under the 2000 calorie mark
spending at least 30 minutes on spark people tracking my food and exercise.

    I slacked too this week. Between the rain and the snow, I wussed out. Walked yesterday and today though.

    Between the weather and not feeling well I'm sure it was tough to get the exercise in! I'm not doing that great with getting back into walking or eating within my calorie range, either. For me, it's just a matter of planning my food and fitness ahead and then sticking to the plan.

I read your last blog, too. I hope you can find a job you like with a great boss. It makes such a huge difference when you work for someone who's a good boss!
