Off to a Good Start for 2013!

Finally feeling better! It was back to gym for me today and I got a great work out (55 min.) Counted all my calories. Unfortunately I did go about 100 cals. over limit. No problem. Still improving. Tomorrow will be better, as I'm planning to be right on target with nutrition goals.
The day will start with a 30 minute walk. Then time to catch up on housework. No work, due to Martin Luther King day. It's going to be a healthy New Year, because I am determined to meet all my goals. WOO-HOO!!!
