As I am Zumba-ing today, I notice that it's taking a lot more out of me than normal. Like it had from the last part of October until the first of the year. I haven't stopped going to Zumba (even after the weigh in debacle of Friday)...so I started thinking about it...
Well duh!!!! I have put nothing but crap in my body since Thursday night. French Fries, cheese burgers, tater totes, pastries, pizza, onion rings, etc...no wonder my body can't keep up!
I have no idea why it took the correlation between eating like crap and not being able to keep up at Zumba took so long to reach my brain, but it's finally there!
I've got all sorts of yummy and good for me food lined up for the week. Gonna find that chilli recipe I made and stick it in the recipe calculator at sparkrecipes tonight and see what else I can find to make that looks good.
The eating good I'm excited about...the no soda, not so much. My water bottle and I are about to become great friends and I will do it...I just can't wait for the moment when I realize how much better I feel for it! :)
Gonna go clean off the sweat that burning 808 calories brings and enjoy my night.
