Rough weigh in today

I had a rough weigh in. I gained. Not a lot, but some. I just wish the scale would have gone down, but trust me, I know why it did not. I admit since Thursday that things have not gone well for me and that I have been sort of stress eating. Not good. I have been diligent about not snacking too much, my problem has been putting too much food on my plate at meal time...I guess in some ways we are all guilty of that or we would need support from each other.

    Hey - don't beat yourself up too much. You know what the problem is so you can learn to counteract it in the future.

    My weigh in didn't go good either this week, but it was from water weight.
