Spring Cleaning on Spark

I hope everybody checks out my Spark Page. It's all set for February! Finally, I'm AHEAD of schedule instead of behind! And I was thinking of how GOOD it feels to be investing in ME by revamping my Spark Page and setting new goals and rewards for Jan./Feb. too! You know that feeling when you complete a project that is LONG OVERDUE and it just feels SO GOOD. That's how it feels right now to get "My Game On" with Spark. I did want to share that I shed that extra 3 pounds gained at Christmas! AND my daughter and I have committed to walk our 3 mile route 3 times a week including crunches too! We've been doing this for the past 2 weeks now. I could tell I had lost some of my endurance, but its ALL coming BACK! emoticon
I'm a smigden away from 25 pounds gone and I hope to hit the 26th pound gone too....maybe even 27 before the end of February. Instead of 10 pounds of chocolate eaten, I'll be at least 26 pounds lighter with more muscle and less fat; more energy; more room in my jeans around my waist; more chapters of God's Word read; more talks with my wonderful Savior, Jesus; more songs of praise sung; more miles walked with my sweet daughter; and some tennis played with my awesome hubby! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
