All of my progress ended last year when I found out I was pregnant. I had to take it easy and of course, I gain weight when I nurse. So, now the baby is weaned and I want to come back. I have a lot of work to do. A lot. Everyone has a cold this week and we're miserable so I will start with 3 things:
1. Limiting Carbs
2. Wearing my exercise clothes at home
3. Logging my food
