Reading Sunday's Healthy Living section, there was an article about going back to basic exercises. Both yesterday and today, I went back to walking (outside). When I started this weight loss program, I started by walking outside. I remember starting with the goal of walking 15 minutes, then 1/2 hour. Gradually I progressed up to 1 mile, the 2 miles and then 3+ miles. Since then I've run a 5K and I'm looking forward to running another in the Spring.
