I'm doing two different biggest loser challenges they start a week apart.
BLC#17 it starts today Jan 20 and runs for 8 weeks
BLC21 started Jan 16 and runs for 12 weeks.
I have been doing a lot of thinking the last couple of days, what has worked for me in the past and what hasn't. In 2011 I managed to lose 40 pounds by doing a low carb diet, while I'm not wanting to go back to doing that, the reason I think I was so successful was not the diet itself but it helped me be able to control my cravings. I never thought about food when eating low carb I ate when I was hungry and that was it, no counting.
So for this challenge I'm going to keep it really simple keep 1000 calorie Differential I'm using a body media fit. I hope to lose 2 pounds a week.
Keep Calories under 1800
Walk my dog everyday
Aim for 2 hours a day of activity.
Keep moving throughout the day
Aim for 10,000 steps.
